Actual compensation recovered for passengers, with their permission to share.
Recovered
$1,193.16
“I never thought I'd get any money back after Lufthansa kept saying no. I talked to Wassim, sent my boarding passes and the delay screenshots from Frankfurt, and a couple months later he told me they paid. All I really did was send the documents.”
Recovered
$1,418.09
“I wasn't even sure I had a case leaving from the US. FlightsComp looked at my Air France ticket, said the Paris connection still counted, and dealt with the airline after that. I just emailed what I had, and about two months later I got the money for all three of us.”
Recovered
$3,594.32
“Stuck overnight in Amsterdam with the kids, I almost let it go. I sent my booking and the rebooking emails, waited it out, and a few months later KLM paid for all four of us. On my side it was pretty simple. Just the documents and some patience.”
Our mission
“FlightsComp started the way a lot of good things do, by helping people we knew. Family, friends, neighbors who'd been let down by an airline and owed money they'd never have claimed alone. We won it back for them, and saw how many more were out there. Now we do it for everyone, with the same care we gave the first.
